There might be some language barrier issues that could make it challenging to communicate with the staff.

The location was ideal, surrounded by lush greenery, providing a tranquil and peaceful ambiance. Moreover, the friendly and attentive staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The lush green trees that surrounded the hotel were an excellent touch to the whole city trip. The fresh air that we got from this greenery was a vast contrast from the hustle and bustle of the city center. , the receptionist had a good command of the English language, which made our check-in process smooth. The location was also advantageous as it was close enough to the city center that we could get there conveniently.
On the negative side, we had to take a separate bus every time we wanted to get to the hotel. The website claimed that the hotel was close to the city center, but it was much farther than expected.
